• When will I receive my order? Great question! All of our items are made with love and most of them are made by hand! We work as fast as we can while still ensuring our quality and workmanship. Our current turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. 

 

• Need your order rushed? We offer expedited orders with an additional “Rush Fee” of $25. The current turnaround time on rush orders is 3 business days. 

 

• Are non-personalized orders quicker to receive or pick up? In most cases, yes! However, you should still allow 1-2 weeks, especially during peak times such as Easter, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc. 

 

• How will I receive my order? We are located in Miami, FL and offer local pickup (Near Baptist Hospital, Kendall & 97) or Priority Mail shipping via USPS. 

 

• My order is a gift. Can I include a personalized note? Yes! You can add a personalized note to your order at checkout. There is a text box to enter a personalized message. We will print your note on Pearls + Twine stock paper and include it with your order. 

 

• I saw something on your Instagram page, but I can’t find it on your website? Most of our items are made by hand and we receive a lot of custom order requests. See something you absolutely love? Send us a message and we will work with you to create it for you!

 

• I went to place an order but the item I love is out of stock. What do I do? Join our mailing list and receive back in stock notifications and more exciting news! You can also send us a message and let us know which item you’re interested in and we will notify you once it is back in stock. 

 

• I have an upcoming event that I’d love some Pearls + Twine items for. Do you sell in bulk? Send us a message! We offer favor packages for several items and events; communions, baptisms, baby showers, and more!
